Feedstock from Fibre

Fibre starting from straw will be enzymatically treated and the fibre processed either for "Yeast Bagasse", SSF or urea ensilage as feedstock for animal livestock feeding or used further for fermentation for SSF (saccharification)/pelleting to ferment to hi-energy carboxyols or to convert starch by reverse enzyme technology from cellulose.

Feeds & Energy Products for Use in Industry

Hi-energy carboxyols include isobutanol, and isopentenol and bio-kerosene and other compounds derived from ligneous aromatic polycyclics or phenylpropanoids as they are also referred to. Litter from poultry, as a closed circuit, is also a major byproduct for raising fertilizer for horticultural farming producing fruits and vegetables in green houses and so is brewer's dried grains (SCP) as protein. Oil grains like soy may provide one meal concentrate type for livestock feeding.

Equipment Automation

The automation and semi-automation of equipment will be a modernization factor selected to improve ease, efficiency, dependability and overall performance with raising crops, harvesting, processing, and fermentation. Farm feeding, milking, fruit picking and even vegetable harvesting, meat processing/packaging in abbatoires and equipment maintenance will be extensively mechanized.

Pesticides and Herbicides & the Future with PNA Technology

The use of herbicides and pesticides will be used with the tolerances allowed by the plant as with precision agriculture principles. Tolerant and resistant varieties will be developed to reduce chemical impact on the environment.

(In future, PNA Technology with weeds and pests will be deployed via cropping in the field if they prove successful.)
